Main Street Manager/Event Coordinator is a newly created position that combines city and private-event coordination with responsibility for establishing and managing Main Street Morrow and providing professional staff support to the Morrow Historic Preservation Commission(MHPC). The position preserves and enhances the historic character of downtown Morrow as the heartbeat of the community while strengthing the economic vitality of the historic district through the National Main Street Four-point Approach(Organization, Design,Promotion, and Economic Vitality). The incumbent plans and executes City events: coordinates private events at the City venues,builds the Main Street Morrow Program; and serves as the primary liasion, clerk, and project coordinator for the MHPC.
